Fanu – “Bad Karma”

Here’s an old track that I dug up from the archives.
I’ve been thinking back to my hardware + analogue days, and I always happen to think of “Bad Karma” when we discuss old gear. This one was made using my Akai s2000 and a mixer desk (can’t remember which one). It was back when I used to save all my songs on floppy disks and/or Zip drives, If I recall correctly, the title refers to me breaking a Zip drive or a disk and losing some songs + some other unfortunate events that occurred at the same time.

I’d say this song is a bit of a speaker test in a way as the lowest bass note does go pretty low. If you can hear it on your system, you know its bass reproduction goes pretty low!
I suppose it’s a little dated but not that badly. It’s from an era when I liked to do a lot of half-beat sections in songs.

Download it for free thru my Bandcamp page – and I hope I won’t cause you any bad karma!
