Tales From The Sea / Galician Girl [2021 remaster]

I wanted to let you know that I’ve just remastered a Fanu release from 2005: Tales From The Sea / Galician Girl

This was released on vinyl in 2005 on Breakin’, a sister label of Bassbin.

Rohan of Bassbin had my original 2005 digital masters, and I gave them a bit of a modern remastering polish.

I do mixing and mastering as my main living, so this was fun and interesting. If you had told me back then I’d be remastering my stuff 16 years later as a pro engineer, I would’ve laughed.

I made this release very soon after Siren Song, and the main track has a very similar vibe for sure.

Hope you like it!

2020…phew! Recap time

I put out a variety of stuff myself.
Below, you’ll find Bandcamp links to what came out in 2020. Continue reading 2020…phew! Recap time

PHEW! Taking Dec off of audio engineering

Phew, work year for me is now a wrap, and I’m not taking in any more mixes/masters for 2020 – feel free to send in, though, and you’re immediately in the queue.
Returning to action to work on the queue on Jan 4, 2021.

It was a CRAZY workyear. While Corona made some people lose their jobs, my workload increased, as producers spent more time indoors.
I’ve always worked a lot and been a bit of a workaholic, but Continue reading PHEW! Taking Dec off of audio engineering
