Plugin recommendation: Gullfoss EQ

I’m amazed by this Gullfoss EQ plugin by Soundtheoryltd.
It’s an automatic corrective EQ that can tame and boost things.
Working on a 20-song album today where some songs need a little bit of clarity but where EQing isn’t breathing what I want to the sound.
I’ve been using it here and there recently; I’ve mostly used it subtly in mastering, where it can often help me to make the song a bit brighter and clearer in a way that I cannot achieve with EQing or some traditional methods. This does not mean, of course, that I don’t do a whole lot of other stuff in the chain; when I use this guy, it’s always the last thing in the chain before limiting.
The company describes Gullfoss as “an intelligent automatic equalizer that uses Soundtheory’s unique computational auditory perception technology to identify and resolve problems in the frequency balance of your signal. Adjusting its settings in realtime according to the audible features of the input signal, Gullfoss allows quick and precise fixes for issues that would otherwise be unsolvable or would require a lot of time and experience to resolve.
Try it out! It’s this kind of digital innovation I’d like to see more of at this point instead of the thousands of compressor emulations and analog modeling plugins, which don’t necessarily bring anything new to the table anymore.
